This story sets itself apart from other high school stories as it tackles trauma without exploiting the victims, explores psychological issues that lay dormant in the mind until triggered, and other serious real world topics. This, more than a simple ”whodunnit” is a deep look at the dark psychological holes that reside in some and how some cope in maladaptive ways and how others allow bitterness to consume them.

As a fan of works such as the 1995 film showgirls (no this series is not sexually explicit), the anime Beastars, 2010’s show Scooby-Doo! Mystery incorporated, and 1990’s show Twin Peaks, over the years I’ve become inspired to write my own show that on the surface is about solving the mystery of Susie Hannah's untimely death, but has an underlying narrative about jealousy, parenting, psychological destitution, coping skills, and the unhealthy chase for validation.
